# SocialTIC #  SocialTIC exists to safely empower actors of change in Latin America by strengthening their actions of analysis, social communication and advocacy through the strategic use of digital technologies and data. That the actors of change understand their digital context and have the capabilities to strategically and safely use the various technological tools to analyze, communicate, influence and encourage civic participation related to their own cause and local context. That Latin American ecosystems exist where multidisciplinary collaboration, civic services and technologies are offered, digital technology training is provided for social change actions, and digital security and privacy needs are supported.
